氮化硅陶瓷，是一種燒結時不收縮的無機材料陶瓷。氮化硅陶瓷強度很高，尤其是熱壓氮化硅，是世界上最堅硬的物質之一。具有高強度、低密度、耐高溫等性質，SIN含量≥99.5%，抗彎強度≥820Mpa，斷裂韌性7.0Mpa.m，是唯一強度高，韌性好的陶瓷材料。
Silicon nitride ceramic is an inorganic material ceramic that does not shrink during sintering. Silicon nitride ceramics have high strength, especially hot pressed silicon nitride, which is one of the hardest materials in the world. It has the properties of high strength, low density and high temperature resistance, with sin content ≥ 99.5%, bending strength ≥ 820mpa and fracture toughness of 7.0Mpa m. It is the only ceramic material with high strength and good toughness.
